Lyle started his Commercial Real Estate Career in 1987. Beautiful Bend, Oregon was where it all began and he was one of the very top producers in Central Oregon until 2010. In 1995, he purchased the largest commercial sales, leasing and management company west of the Cascades. In 1997, he added building for his commercial real estate clients as a general contractor. To date, his companies have built over one million square feet of commercial, including ground-up construction, redevelopment and tenant improvements. In 2011, he moved to the PNW, got his real estate license in Washington State in 2014 and Texas in 2016. In 2019, he obtained his contractor's license in Washington State and Texas was added in 2022.

Jeffery Crumbaker is a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in brokerage, leasing, and income-producing properties across Oregon and Washington. He brings over 12 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, including brokerage, lending, and property management.
Jeff has participated in more than $20 million in transactions and has hands-on experience operating and managing small businesses in e-commerce, specialty repair, and marketing. This experience provides him with valuable insight into business operations and client needs. He also supports his wife in running a bookkeeping and tax preparation firm, which brings a different focus on commercial real estate services and leasing.
Jeff is currently mentored by industry veteran Lyle Stratton, further strengthening his expertise in the commercial real estate market. He is excited for the future and committed to delivering lasting value for his clients.
