Lyle started his Commercial Real Estate Career in 1987. Beautiful Bend, Oregon was where it all began and he was one of the very top producers in Central Oregon until 2010. In 1995, he purchased the largest commercial sales, leasing and management company west of the Cascades. In 1997, he added building for his commercial real estate clients as a general contractor. To date, his companies have built over one million square feet of commercial, including ground-up construction, redevelopment and tenant improvements. In 2011, he moved to the PNW, got his real estate license in Washington State in 2014 and Texas in 2016. In 2019, he obtained his contractor's license in Washington State and Texas was added in 2022.
